Delivery & Returns

Delivery Information:

 Free Delivery on orders Over £75 Ex Vat to UK Mainland addresses.

Orders Under £75 incur a flat rate charge of £7.50 Ex Vat to UK Mainland addresses.

Cut Off Times: Orders placed before 14:00pm shall be dispatched for delivery via our courier, this is stock dependent as CCM do not display live stock, it is therefore possible for us to run out of stock of certain products. If this were to occur with your order we will  endeavour to source the goods from the manufacturer as quickly as possible and also notify you of any extended lead times.

Weekends & Bank Holidays: Weekends and bank holidays are excluded from our standard delivery service, any order placed after 14:00pm Friday or over the weekend shall be received and promptly dispatched on the next commencing working day.

Fragile Items: Fragile items such as Fluorescent and LED tubes can only be delivered by our own fleet of vehicles, if you wish to order such items please call us on 01322 334685 to make arrangements.

PLEASE NOTE WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY COSTS INCURRED FOR UNUSED LABOUR WHERE ITEMS HAVE NOT TURNED UP OR ARE INCOMPLETE OR FAULTY. WE THEREFORE RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT BOOK ELECTRICIANS, PLUMBERS, BUILDERS ETC UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED THE ITEMS YOU HAVE ORDERED.

We understand that our delivery service is a key part of the service we offer you. For our nationwide delivery service, we only work with the most professional carriers to ensure they can offer a reliable and dependable service.

For local van deliveries a delivery day will be supplied in advance of delivery with option to change the delivery day. For nationwide delivery, full tracking information is supplied.

Yes. There is an opportunity for you to enter the delivery address details during Checkout. Or, if you are registered with CCM, you can add in additional addresses in 'My Account'.

Can Goods Be Left Without A Signature?

Our carriers will require a signature for delivery and cannot leave goods without a signature.

This also applies to our own drivers, they shall not leave goods without receiving a signature.

 

Returns & Refunds:

Faulty / Incorrect Goods

Please Contact us with:

  1. The date of purchase.
  2. The invoice number.
  3. The product code.
  4. The reason for the return.

Arrangements will be made to replace the goods or issue a refund.

Faulty products within a manufacturer's warranty period will be replaced, repaired or refunded at our discretion.

Some items (showers, water heaters, storage heaters etc.) will be covered by a manufacturer's onsite warranty.

Note - CCM cannot accept liability for consequential or indirect loss.

Non-Faulty Goods

Unwanted items are to be returned to store with a copy of your invoice.

All returned items are checked before a refund is issued.

  • The item has to be received back in the original manufacturer's packaging, in perfect condition and ready for re-sale.

Where appropriate, any manuals or user information documents must be included with the item.

Any writing or labels attached to a product will prevent us from being able to re-sell the item as new and we unfortunately will not be able to issue a refund as a result.

  • Ideally, goods need to be returned within 14 days of purchase. Please contact the store 01322 334685 if you wish to return unwanted goods after 14 days of purchase.
  • Excluded are goods made or altered to the customer's specification. Cable cut to length, Catenary Wire cut to length, Aluminium and Copper Tape cut to length.
  • We are unable to refund any products that have been specially ordered. (Customers are made aware of this before committing to purchase)
  • You must return the goods to us at your own expense.
