- Free Delivery on orders Over £75 Ex Vat to UK Mainland addresses.
- Orders Under £75 incur a flat rate charge of £7.50 Ex Vat to UK Mainland addresses.

Your tracking number and relevant information on the service used should be included in the confirmation email sent to you the day your parcel leaves us;

- Cut Off Times: Orders placed before 14:00pm shall be dispatched for next day delivery via our courier, this is stock dependent as CCM do not display live stock, it is therefore possible for us to run out of stock of certain products. If this were to occur with your order we will endeavour to source the goods from the manufacturer as quickly as possible and also notify you of any extended lead times.
- Weekends & Bank Holidays: Weekends and bank holidays are excluded from our standard delivery service, any order placed after 14:00pm Friday or over the weekend shall be received and promptly dispatched on the next commencing working day.
PLEASE NOTE WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY COSTS INCURRED FOR UNUSED LABOUR WHERE ITEMS HAVE NOT TURNED UP OR ARE INCOMPLETE OR FAULTY. WE THEREFORE RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT BOOK ELECTRICIANS, PLUMBERS, BUILDERS ETC UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED THE ITEMS YOU HAVE ORDERED.
Location is key, we are perfectly situated to supply London, Kent and Essex through our own van network with easy access to key roads such as the M25, M2 & A2 enabling us to arrive with you 'on site on time'. Local same day deliveries are available, received before 11:00am *exclusions apply. Deliveries by our own dedicated vehicles can only be made between 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday, however out of hours deliveries can be made possible please enquire for further information.

Our returns policy has been simplified enabling you an easy and hassle free process. The guidelines below explain and assist you in the return of any faulty, damaged or unwanted goods. All returned items must come back to us in the original state they left our premises, unused and in the original branded packaging. Carriage costs for any returns or unwanted items are at the customers expense.
*Please note that when returning an item please ensure that it is accompanied by the original receipt provided upon purchase, without a receipt a return shall not be authorised.

- Faulty or Damaged Goods
We maintain a high level of quality control during our dispatch process, however in the unfortunate event that you were to receive a faulty product you have a 14 day period after purchase to return the item, Within that 14 days we offer two alternatives, a replacement item or a complete refund of purchase.
